Requirements
- Experience with assembly line work
- Willingness to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work in complex multi-tasking environments
- Constant desire to learn and grow.
- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and Company HSE Standards, along with site security program.
- Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety systems
Nice To Haves
- High school desired
- Background in fish processing is strongly desired
- Background experience in food processing operations strongly desired
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with sharp tools a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate slaughtering room equipment(s)
- Gutting Salmon
- Sort fish by quality and size
- Operate filleting and trimming equipment(s)
- Inspect products (quality control)
- Pin boning and sanitize finished products
- Weight, package and label
- Palletized and load cold storage
- Load trucks and deliver finished products
- Operating a gutting machine, manually gutting, manually gilling, vacuuming guts.
