About The Position

Supported winemaking operations during harvest by assisting with grape processing, fermentation monitoring, cellar work, sanitation, and quality control activities to help produce high-quality wines

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced harvest environment.
  • Willingness to collaborate with winemaking and cellar teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assisted with grape receiving, sorting, crushing, and pressing during harvest season.
  • Monitored fermentation processes, including temperature tracking, sampling, and data recording.
  • Performed cellar operations such as pump-overs, punch-downs, racking, and tank cleaning.
  • Maintained sanitation standards for winery equipment, tanks, and work areas.
  • Supported laboratory analyses and quality control procedures to ensure wine production standards.
  • Collaborated with winemaking and cellar teams in a fast-paced harvest environment.
