About The Position

The Harvest Agent is responsible for harvesting and completing the first stages of processing Cresco Labs’ product while maintaining high quality and visual standards. The role includes working in the garden to remove leaves before harvest; monitoring and controlling dry rooms to achieve specified flower qualities; weighing and packaging Fresh/Frozen Flower; and bucking, weighing, bagging, tagging, and labeling product for identification. The agent also hand-selects product based on size, quality, and appearance. The position involves repetitive work for extended periods, including sitting, standing, moving, and vigorous activity in cool, humid, and hot temperatures. The agent must follow Cresco Labs’ and state hygiene and sanitation policies, maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment, promptly report harvest quality-control issues to a supervisor, and keep accurate records of harvested and processed product for identification and quality control.

Requirements

Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing products for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating the ability to perform the duties.
Ability to remember and follow compliance, quality, departmental, and human resource guidelines.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to sit and perform bud removal with scissors for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Ability to work around plant material, including possible exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower.
Buck, weigh, bag, tag, and label product for identification.
Hand-select product for optimal size, quality, and appearance.
Follow Cresco Labs’ and state hygiene and sanitation policies.
Perform assigned duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace and production facility.
Keep the work area and equipment clean.
Report harvest quality-control issues to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain accurate records of product harvested and processed for identification and quality control.
