About The Position

Now hiring Harness and Hose Assemblers for a company in Ravenna. This is a temp-to-full-time position. The 3rd shift is from 11pm to 7am, with weekly pay at $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous Assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must complete a phone interview.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hose and tubing harnesses according to diagrams, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Perform hand assembly and machine operations to cut, process, and assemble thermoplastic hoses and related components.
• Measure, bend, route, and secure tubing bundles to ensure proper fit and function.
• Inspect materials and finished assemblies to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow established work procedures.
• Identify and report quality concerns, material shortages, or equipment issues.
