Requirements

Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Strong understanding of software development and integration methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a high-volume work environment, including occasional after-hours support.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Familiarity with GPS technologies and network management is of value
Familiarity with Inertial Navigation Systems is of value.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain jump networks, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware components to minimize downtime.
Oversee the operation of GPS networks, ensuring consistent service availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that enhance system capabilities.
Provide technical support for products in a fast-paced defense industry context.
Participate in on-call support rotations, including occasional weekends and nights as needed.
Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
