Requirements

  • Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong understanding of software development and integration methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a high-volume work environment, including occasional after-hours support.
  • U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with GPS technologies and network management is of value
  • Familiarity with Inertial Navigation Systems is of value.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain jump networks, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware components to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the operation of GPS networks, ensuring consistent service availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that enhance system capabilities.
  • Provide technical support for products in a fast-paced defense industry context.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations, including occasional weekends and nights as needed.
  • Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
