This role involves supporting warehouse operations by assisting with picking, packing, and shipping hardware orders, focusing on developing accuracy, speed, and familiarity with fulfillment processes to ensure a smooth outbound workflow.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn fulfillment processes.
Basic understanding of shipping workflows and warehouse organization.
Ability to follow step-by-step processes and maintain accuracy.
Eagerness to learn NetSuite and related systems.
1 year of professional experience in a related role.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with shipping tools (UPS WorldShip, ShipStation) a plus.
Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
Additional languages are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders under guidance, ensuring correct SKUs and quantities.
Follow packing standards to minimize damage during transit.
Enter fulfillment data accurately into internal systems.
Assist in staging shipments and preparing boxes for carrier pickup.
Support inventory put-aways, bin organization, and cycle counts.
Report order or inventory discrepancies promptly to senior team members.
Follow all warehouse safety and handling procedures.
Participate in training on shipping systems and tools.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
