About The Position

Reporting directly to the Home Centre Manager, the self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual will be involved in all aspects of Management including: strategic planning, recruitment, training and development and performance management. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to; providing direction to team members, provide customers with efficient and courteous customer service, upholding merchandising standards, receiving and stocking of orders, maintaining a clean warehouse and overstocking area, and assisting with inventory maintenance.

• Willing to travel between all Homestead locations as needed
• Minimum of Grade 12 or G.E.D.
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days and weekends (Saturdays)
