Seeking a seasoned Engineering Group Manager to lead a Compute and ADAS Hardware Engineering team. This leader will guide a team of highly skilled hardware engineers developing next‑generation high‑compute electronic systems for advanced driver‑assistance and automated driving applications. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership maturity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while setting a clear direction for the team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in complex electronic system design.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical engineering teams.
  • Deep knowledge of: High‑compute SoCs, ICs, and semiconductor technologies
  • Schematic development and PCB layout
  • Component selection and hardware bring‑up
  • Debug, root‑cause analysis, and validation processes

Nice To Haves

  • MSE preferred.
  • Experience with automotive hardware development or ADAS architectures is a strong plus.
  • Experience delivering hardware through full lifecycle, from concept and requirements through production launch.
  • Familiarity with automotive safety, reliability, and environmental requirements.
  • Background in high‑speed digital design, power management, and system‑level integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive clarity in uncertain or evolving environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and soft skills; able to influence across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers responsible for complex compute and ADAS electronic systems.
  • Serve as the “lighthouse” for the organization providing clarity, direction, and stability in a fast‑moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Drive end‑to‑end hardware development, including requirements definition, architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, validation, and launch readiness.
  • Oversee the design and integration of high‑compute SoCs, advanced ICs, and semiconductor technologies into automotive‑grade hardware platforms.
  • Ensure robust engineering execution through design reviews, risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver high‑quality hardware solutions.
  • Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the organization.
  • Provide strategic input into ADAS compute architectures and contribute to long‑term technology roadmaps.
  • Represent the hardware engineering team in executive reviews, program discussions, and cross‑functional leadership forums.
