About The Position

As a Lead Hardware engineer for the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, with an emphasis in leading hardware development efforts for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area. This role involves driving innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design. The position is fully on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, with some limited ability to Flex from home. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Expert level understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design.
  • Advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics.
  • Demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects.
  • Team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
