On our team, you will work will Booz Allen colleagues, other support contractors and U.S. Space Force and Air Force personnel to develop and deploy the next generation of strategic military satellite communications capabilities. You will be an integral part of the program team to assist the government as an Avionics Hardware Engineer ensuring the Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) and receiver card are integrated successfully to meet user’s needs. You will provide independent technical assessment of contractor hardware designs across the program lifecycle. Develop, review, and refine government hardware requirements and verification approaches. Represent the government as a technical lead in vendor and Integrated Program Team (IPT) working groups, capturing risks and surfacing them through the program's risk management process. Brief findings and recommendations to senior government leadership. You will provide direct support to the Lead Systems Engineer and manage the integration of requirements into the baseline of the program. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to ensuring capabilities are delivered to meet the threat. This position is located in El Segundo, CA.
