About The Position

We are automating construction end to end to usher in a new era of abundance and beauty in the physical world. This role involves leading engineering development to expand and refine capabilities within our automated design engine product, which leverages AI to automate every step of the engineering design process for large-scale capital projects like utility-scale power and data centers. We are looking for hardware engineers from mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, robotics, aerospace, and related backgrounds, especially those with experience spanning multiple disciplines and industries such as automotive, aerospace, or robotics.

Requirements

• Backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, robotics, aerospace, or similar disciplines.
• Experience spanning more than one of these disciplines.
• Experience in industries like automotive, aerospace, or robotics.
• T-shaped technical excellence: broad understanding across multiple domains and how they interact, implications of trade-offs, while also having deep technical expertise in 1-2 areas.
• Strong first principles thinking: ability to challenge conventional wisdom and create step-function improvements.
