About The Position

The CSG Engineering Rotation Program provides a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring products to market. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree with a graduation date of December 2025, May 2026 or December 2026.
  • Ability to build, repair and prepare assemblies across product lines.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment, seek new opportunities, delivers on commitments.
  • Have a strong desire to develop technology products.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of Dell Client Products by contributing directly to the design and development of next generation of Notebooks and Desktops.
  • Bring new technologies to life by researching, prototyping, and developing key innovations that push the boundaries of what products can do — from concept to customer-ready hardware.
  • Build real engineering expertise across multiple disciplines through three purposeful rotations that expose you to different projects, product lines, and technical challenges — giving you a breadth of experience most early-career engineers take years to accumulate.
