Hardware Engineer I
About The Position
As a Hardware Engineer I, you will join Honeywell Aerospace’s Electrical Hardware Design Team within the Sensing, Guidance, and Navigation Center of Excellence. Here at Honeywell, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support the hardware design process and contribute to the delivery of reliable and efficient hardware solutions. You will report directly to our engineering manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule. New hires are expected to be on-site 100% M-F for the first 90 days of employment. In this role, you will impact the development of innovative hardware products that support Honeywell’s commitment to improving the quality of life for people around the world through advanced technology solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in hardware design, development, and testing.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with specific hardware design tools and software.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
