Requirements

  • Experience executing structured test protocols and documenting results.
  • Basic experience with BLE or device‑to‑device communication testing.
  • Experience with system-level testing of CGM systems, insulin pumps, or AID‑related components.
  • Familiarity with medical device risk management concepts.
  • Medical Device Verification & Validation Test Case Development & Execution
  • Defect Tracking & Root‑Cause Support
  • Regulated Documentation Practices

Responsibilities

  • Execute system-level verification testing for CGM interoperability with insulin pumps and AID systems.
  • Perform testing across physical hardware, simulators, and test tools.
  • Author and execute test protocols, test cases, and reports for CGM–pump interoperability features.
  • Develop and maintain test coverage for scenarios such as: Data latency and loss, Sensor dropouts, Communication interruptions, Reconnection and recovery behavior.
  • Contribute to regression testing for firmware, mobile, and system changes.
  • Test and troubleshoot Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between CGM and pump hardware.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis of interoperability defects across firmware, hardware, and system interfaces.
  • Execute verification activities aligned with FDA medical device quality system requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and traceability between requirements and test results.
  • Support integration efforts with internal teams and external device partners as needed.
