About The Position

Indotronix is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer I for a 12-month contract opportunity in Florence, SC. The primary function of this role is to be responsible for modeling and drawing generation of a wide range of mechanical hardware and components designed for use in elevator systems. The candidate will utilize Creo Cable and E3 Zuken WD. Beyond typical design tasks like modeling and detailing, the candidate must be able to effectively communicate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Experience with Creo 10 or higher
• Proficient in Pro Cable
• Programming experience using NotePad
• Component, Assembly, Subsystem, and System Modeling
• Use of advanced mathematics techniques for part fitment and design feasibility
• Experience with defining welding, GD&T, Tolerancing, material specifications and finishes within drawings and models
• Parametric Design and programming
• Collaboration with Engineers and internal customers
• E3 Zuken Wiring Diagrams
• Work independently with minimal oversite and still deliver to target
• Collaborate efficiently with engineers
• Effectively interpret engineering markups to convey design intent into 3D models and drawings
• Expertise in pro-cable and/or E3 zuken

• Support to system level model updates
