About The Position

The Hardware Clerk will report to the Hardware Manager and will be responsible for stocking shelves, putting away freight, and assisting in the lumber yard. This role also involves assisting customers with their needs, operating point of sale terminals, and answering phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department if necessary. The team provides a range of products and services to support member-owners, contributing to the growth of Western Canadian communities.

Responsibilities

  • Stocking shelves, putting away freight and assisting in the lumber yard where required.
  • Assisting Customers with any needs they may have, running point of sale terminals.
  • Answering phone calls and providing solutions to the caller or ensuring they speak with the correct department.
