About The Position
We are a landscape construction company creating high-quality outdoor spaces for residential and commercial customers. Our crews complete a variety of outdoor projects, including landscape installations, patios, walkways, retaining walls, site preparation, and property improvements. We believe great projects are built by dependable people who take pride in their work, show up ready to contribute, and want to continue improving their skills. We are hiring Landscape Crew Members who have experience working outdoors as part of a landscaping team. You do not need to be a hardscape expert to apply. If you have spent time working on a landscape crew, understand the pace of outdoor work, and enjoy building things with your hands, we would like to hear from you. Experience with patios, retaining walls, stonework, pavers, or other hardscape projects is a plus, but we are happy to consider candidates with general landscaping backgrounds.
Requirements
- Previous experience working on any landscape crew

Responsibilities
- Work with a crew to complete residential and commercial landscape projects
- Prepare job sites, move materials, and assist with daily installation work
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Use common landscape tools and follow project directions
- Support teammates in completing quality outdoor spaces
