About The Position
Ground Guys is seeking a Hardscape Team Lead to oversee all on-site aspects of landscape construction and projects. This role involves performing a variety of work tasks to ensure the timely completion of contracts. The company emphasizes exceptional customer service and provides opportunities for career growth within the organization. Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent and flexible time management skills.
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must possess a "Big Picture" perspective.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices.
- Proficiency in computer, smart phone or data-enabled device use for communication and reporting.
- Passion for serving others, including your crew, the customers, and the community.
- Ability to see customer service issues as an opportunity to turn every customer into a raving fan.
- Strong communication skills and ability to get work done no matter what it takes.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all on-site aspects of landscape construction and projects.
- Performing a variety of work tasks to manage the timely completion of contracts.

- Lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds often.
- Ensuring everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
