About The Position
This is a temporary to full-time position for a 1st Shift Hardline Assembler. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The pay is $16.00 per hour for the 1st shift. Benefits are offered once hired on permanently. Weekly pay is provided during the temporary period.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Assembly experience a must
- Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions
- Must work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace
- Steel toe boots/shoes required
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and other necessary equipment.
- Responsible for using appropriate gauging equipment as directed.
- Fills out scrap tickets by following the proper company procedure.
- Verifies parts in bin against the applicable shop order methods.
- Sorts parts as required.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion, abiding by company rules and safety regulations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
