About The Position

Premier Services Group is seeking experienced hard-surface flooring installers to install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and wood flooring in various settings. The company offers continuous projects throughout the year, including traditionally slower periods, and delivers flooring materials directly to each installation location. Installers collaborate with clients and team members, provide high-quality service, and maintain clean and safe work environments. The role requires at least two years of flooring installation experience, reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment, and personal installation tools. Candidates must be dependable and adaptable to varying project needs, and must be willing and able to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site. Installers must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the company as additionally insured, proof of Workers’ Compensation if they have employees, and valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations. Compensation is listed as $100,000 to $200,000 per year.

Requirements

• At least two years of flooring installation experience.
• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
• Possess personal installation tools.
• Be dependable and able to adapt to varying project needs.
• Be willing and able to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
• Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured.
