About The Position

This position is responsible for processing salable apparel by categorizing, tagging, sizing, and hanging it onto racks. The role also involves assisting with quality control, maintaining production documentation, and transporting hung apparel to the sales floor. The goal is to achieve a minimum of 100+ pieces hung per hour while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and guiding principles is expected. The role may also involve participating in off-site activities and attending assigned training.

Requirements

Ability to keep work area clean, neat, safe and organized.
Ability to categorize and process apparel appropriately (sizing, type, and colorization on rack).
Ability to place all salable apparel in the hang area of the sort table, tag and/or size apparel, and hang apparel onto racks.
Ability to assist with quality control assurance (checking for tears, stains, broken zippers, buttons).
Ability to complete accurate production documentation.
Ability to transport racks of hung apparel to sales floor.
Ability to assist with apparel rotation and dressing room checks as directed/needed.
Ability to maintain accurate hang count with the goal of 100+ pieces hung/hour.
Ability to maintain processing area and work output in a neat and clean condition at all times.
Ability to adhere to all GGC and personnel policies and procedures.
Ability to follow good safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach or ATL.
Ability to perform assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles.
Willingness to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.
Willingness to attend in-service related training as assigned by Team Leader Coach.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Coach.
