About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented and goal-oriented individual to join their team as a Hanger/Textiles associate. This role requires the ability to work independently, be organized, dependable, and meet production goals. The associate will be responsible for sorting clothing, ensuring quality standards are met, and hanging and tagging merchandise efficiently. The position may also involve cross-training in other areas such as operating a cash register, receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and neat work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Organized and dependable.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Ability to avoid distractions and focus on tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Availability to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
