About The Position

This role is responsible for processing and preparing apparel for the sales floor. Key duties include ensuring a clean and organized work area, categorizing and sizing apparel, hanging items on racks, performing quality control checks, and documenting production. The position also involves transporting hung apparel to the sales floor, assisting with apparel rotation, and maintaining a specific production rate. Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and participation in training are also essential aspects of this role.

Requirements

Ability to keep work area clean, neat, safe and organized.
Ability to categorize apparel for appropriate processing (sizing, type and colorization on rack).
Ability to place all salable apparel in the hang area of the sort table, tag and/or size apparel, and hang apparel onto racks.
Ability to assist with quality control assurance (tears, stains, broken zippers, buttons).
Ability to complete accurate production documentation.
Ability to transport racks of hung apparel to sales floor.
Ability to assist with apparel rotation, dressing room checks as directed/needed.
Ability to maintain accurate hang count with the goal of 100+ pieces hung/hour.
Ability to maintain processing area and work output in a neat and clean condition at all times.
Ability to adhere to all GGC and personnel policies and procedures.
Ability to follow good safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach or ATL.
Ability to perform assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles.
Willingness to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.
Willingness to attend in-service related training as assigned by Team Leader Coach.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Coach.
