About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced handyman with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair and remodeling skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to manage their time effectively. This role offers steady, year-round work with a company van provided, allowing you to focus on performing repairs and renovations without the hassle of finding clients or managing administrative tasks.

Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience as a handyman or in related trades.
Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and trim, flooring and tile, light plumbing, light electrical, deck and fence repairs, remodeling, and general home repairs.
Ability to figure out and solve problems independently.
Must have own tools.
Valid driver's license.
Must live in Northern Virginia.

Nice To Haves

Experience in remodeling.
Ability to put things back together after tearing them apart.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of home repair and maintenance tasks.
Diagnose and fix problems independently.
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, door and trim, flooring and tile, light plumbing, light electrical, deck and fence repairs, remodeling, and general home repairs.
Manage assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
Interact professionally with homeowners.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
