About The Position
Pyramid Healthcare is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Handyman) to help keep their facility safe, functional, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, fixing things, using tools, and solving problems. While experience in building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, or other technical services is valuable, it is not required as the company provides on-the-job training and tools. The position involves a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- Solid mechanical, construction, maintenance, or technical skills are encouraged, even without experience in every listed area.

Responsibilities
- Handle general building repairs and carpentry
- Perform painting and drywall repairs

- Perform routine facility maintenance
- Troubleshoot and respond to repair needs
- Keep basic records of work and materials used
