Communication with the office and customers, maintaining a professional appearance, listening to customer needs, and identifying additional service opportunities are key. Over time, the goal is to become a go-to expert for clients by consistently delivering top-tier craftsmanship and maintaining an organized workspace.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in handyman or multi-trade services.
Proficiency across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, tile, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
Possess your own reliable truck or van.
Must own a professional set of tools and know which tools are required for specific tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot unexpected issues on-site.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, management, and suppliers.
Basic proficiency with phone and computer apps for scheduling and reporting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with larger-scale renovation or remodeling projects.
A history of working directly with property managers or commercial clients.
Familiarity with local building codes and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
