About The Position
This role focuses on completing punch list items and ensuring customer satisfaction at the final stages of remodel projects. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks to finalize a project, such as finish carpentry, drywall repair, touch-up painting, and electrical and plumbing repairs and fixture replacements. Jobsite cleanup is also a key component, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the customer is satisfied.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years construction experience, ideally trade-specific.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass Background Check.
Responsibilities
- Complete punch list work, including finish carpentry, drywall repair, and touch-up paint.
- Perform electrical and plumbing repair and fixture replacement.
- Undertake other tasks necessary for finalizing a remodel project.
- Perform jobsite cleanup with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
