About The Position

ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, and AL. Requirements

Must have own tools, some power tools included.
General knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
Must be flexible with work hours and some travel is required
High school diploma
4+ years experience in Service Industry
Computer literate
Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
Strong Customer Relations Abilities
In-depth technical ability in Mechanical Trade
Familiarity with the local marketplace

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of construction and facility maintenance scopes of work including but not limited to basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting.
Recognize opportunities and help educate the customer as to what they may need to maintain and building structure.
Provide Technical Support as needed to Field Service Personnel
Intercede on all Customer complaints and ensure they are quickly resolved in both the Company and the Customer’s best interest.
Fleet Maintenance – Ensure service fleet is properly maintained to maximize fuel mileage and longevity.
Maintain alignment with other offices regarding administrative and service delivery procedures. Consistency throughout the Company is critical.
