Requirements

Must pass a background check
Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle)
Verifiable experience in remodeling, handyman work, or general construction
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using technology for estimates, scheduling, and communication

Responsibilities

Estimate and scope out handyman and remodeling jobs
Complete hands-on handyman work (excluding licensed trades like electrical and plumbing)
Manage subcontractors and oversee quality on larger projects
Perform work for membership program clients (routine maintenance and repairs)
Build relationships with property managers and condos
Collaborate with third-party referral partners
Attend weekly team meetings and training
Represent Monty's with pride, integrity, and professionalism
