About The Position

DeLallo is seeking a dependable and skilled All-Around Handyman to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has experience in multiple trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HVAC maintenance is a plus.
Basic welding or masonry skills are an advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring.
Install, repair, and replace fixtures, doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections to identify repair and safety needs.
Assemble furniture, equipment, and other fixtures as required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
Communicate effectively with customers or property managers regarding repairs and project status.
Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance schedules.
