About The Position

Ace Handyman Services Nevada is seeking an experienced Handyman/Craftsman to join our growing team. We are a licensed general contracting company providing residential and commercial repair, maintenance, remodeling, and improvement services throughout Las Vegas, NV and surrounding communities. As we continue expanding our commercial maintenance, facility repair, tenant improvement, and project work, we're looking for skilled professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, work independently, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

5+ years of handyman, maintenance, remodeling, construction, or related experience
Strong carpentry and general repair skills
Working knowledge of multiple trades
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
Professional-grade hand and power tools
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

Nice To Haves

Experience with commercial maintenance programs
Experience working in office buildings, retail spaces, medical facilities, schools, apartment communities, or property management environments
Experience with tenant improvement projects
Experience in facility maintenance and commercial repair work

Responsibilities

Complete residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, tile work, trim work, and finish carpentry
Install doors, hardware, shelving, cabinetry, fixtures, and building components
Complete light plumbing and electrical repairs, fixture replacements, and installations
Assist with remodeling, renovation, tenant improvement, and facility maintenance projects
Troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues independently
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients
Maintain accurate job notes, project documentation, and material records
Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Ace Handyman Services professionally
