Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman
Strong knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and electrical)
Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
Own a work vehicle (truck or van)
Own a standard set of tools
Strong work ethic with a professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Estimation skills and home inspection experience are strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks
Complete work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical
Assess job requirements and provide accurate estimates when needed
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on every job
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Manage time and schedules efficiently to complete assigned tasks
