About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar trade role
- Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across job sites and facilities
- Conduct carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate repair solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Collaborate with construction crews and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
- Follow safety protocols and comply with local building codes and regulations
- Complete work orders and communicate job progress to management
