About The Position
We are seeking a Hands-On Manager of Software Engineering to lead software engineers while remaining technical. This role involves providing technical leadership in building scalable cloud applications across Azure and AWS. Responsibilities include architecture guidance, mentorship, design/code reviews, and technical coaching. The ideal candidate will lead and grow the team while being mentored by a senior manager.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Cloud-native architecture experience
- Good communication skills
