Requirements

• Experience in handrail installation, trim carpentry, or finish carpentry
• Strong woodworking and construction skills
• Ability to read measurements and apply basic geometry
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Must be 21+ years old
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various job site conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Install custom, high-end handrail systems (wood, metal, cable, glass)
• Follow installation standards and local building codes
• Coordinate materials and deliveries to job sites
• Communicate with project managers on progress and timelines
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
