Summary: Associate will select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to delivery area, and load product. Warehouse Associate will unload stock from delivery vehicles, and transport to and store in designated warehouse positions. Warehouse Associate will receive and dispatch product to and from our warehouse.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate computer programs (ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment
  • Must be self-motivated to work quickly and accurately with little supervision
  • Must be able to work closely with others in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to accurately recognize and translate numbers without transposing
  • Must successfully go through forklift training and achieve GF forklift certification within 2 weeks of employment
  • Possess basic to intermediate level mathematic skills

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 verification requirements
  • Use wireless RF gun (Oracle) to scan every location and every box/pallet, to pick, pack, and ship customer or manufacturing orders
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment
  • Assist inventory control by reporting inventory deviations
  • Accurately identify, receive, label, and deliver/put away incoming material
  • Schedule incoming deliveries
  • Identify RMA’s and Depot Repairs and route/deliver to the proper area/personnel in a timely manner
  • Safely operate picking equipment; high-quality order picker, sit-down and stand-up forklift, jack stand, and electric pallet-jack to pick customer orders
  • Unload and inspect incoming material for damage accuracy, and conformity
  • Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers, team leader, and manager
  • Other duties as assigned
