About The Position

This role involves managing material within the company's systems and physical locations. Key duties include receiving and storing materials, managing inventory of finished goods, issuing materials for manufacturing orders, packaging products for shipment, and conducting inventory cycle counts. The position also requires supporting company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively and interact with other shipping personnel, as well as production personnel.
• Possess the ability to resolve shipping issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively instructions, concepts, and solutions to all levels of employees.
• Must be able to schedule and organize time effectively to satisfactorily complete assigned tasks and functions.
• General computer literacy required to operate business system.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive material in the business system and direct it to proper storage.
• Receive finished goods into inventory.
• Issue material from inventory into a manufacturing order.
• Print quality paper and package finished goods for shipment to customers.
• Conduct cycle counts on inventory and coordinate with cost accounting on disposition of discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Supports Company policy, procedures, and safety policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
