About The Position

This is a temporary, full-time position for a Hand Packer in the NDC Repack facility. The role involves packing and repacking fruit, placing trays into boxes, and setting machine speeds. The shift is typically Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 2:30 pm, but may vary depending on production needs. The company offers a benefits package including 401(k) with employer contributions and paid time off.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Washington State Grade Standards.
• Knowledge of fruit varieties.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Prior experience required.
• Flexibility with working schedule.
• Ability to do repetitive work with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely and get along with co-workers.
• Good communication skills.
