About The Position
A Construction Hand Laborer performs physical tasks on construction sites, assisting tradespeople and preparing areas for construction. They may load and unload materials, operate tools, and clean the site. Responsibilities may also include tasks such as digging trenches, setting braces, and removing debris.
Requirements
- Experience in site preparation and material handling
- Experience in tool operation and assisting tradespeople
- Experience in maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Experience in building and dismantling structures
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labor
- Ability to lift and/or pull 50lbs +
- Ability to load and unload materials efficiently
- Proficiency in operating construction tools
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
- Capability to dig trenches, set braces, and remove debris effectively
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in construction or related field
