About The Position

This position is for a Hand Finisher / Deburr in Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing. The role requires the ability to deburr and hand finish parts according to sketch, blueprint instructions, and department/lead/supervisor instructions. Candidates must be able to read and understand basic blueprint notes and deburr sketches, and communicate and follow verbal instructions. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required. Requirements

U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status
Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to sit at work station for extended periods of time
Willing to comply with personal protective equipment requirements (eye and hearing protection, etc)
Able to work 40+ hours per week
Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience using a micro blaster
Use of microscopes
Use of hand held air and electric deburring tools
Knowledge and use of deburring abrasives, and burrs for specific materials
Minimum of 2 years experience

Responsibilities

DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS
READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY
