About The Position

Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time position with variable hours, primarily daytime Monday - Friday, with availability required during the weeks before and after major holidays, which may include weekends. The role involves leading installation projects, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. It requires a blend of leadership responsibilities and hands-on work on sales floors and in stockrooms.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Able to read, write and communicate in English
Comfortable using smart phone technology
Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
Must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields.
Employment by Hallmark is contingent upon the signing of the Employment Agreement, signing of an agreement to arbitrate in connection with the Hallmark Dispute Resolution Program, completing Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, and successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.

Responsibilities

Execute New Department Installations, Remodels and Floor Sets
Lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time
Ensure timelines and budgets are met for each project
Organize project details before, direct team onsite and follow-up on installations with clients
Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects
Provide clear direction and support your team both in person and remotely
Address store concerns and execution challenges
Build strong relationships with store management to deliver top-notch results
Manage time effectively across multiple projects
