About The Position
The Stylist provides hair services and treatments that improve guests’ overall sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. Services may include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling. The role delivers services and product recommendations intended to exceed guest expectations. The Stylist provides individualized services, educates clients about LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments, and serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance. The role promotes salon offerings, stays current with certifications and industry trends, and maintains workstations to salon standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of cosmetology school.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
- Cosmetology license in the state where work is performed.
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a stylist in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of Salon Biz software.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.

- Provide expertise in hair analysis and maintenance regimens while staying current in style and technique.
- Promote LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
- Maintain current certifications and knowledge of new industry trends.
- Maintain workstations to salon standards.
