Hairstylist - Therapeutic Neighbourhood
About The Position
The CAMH Therapeutic Neighbourhood is seeking a part-time, contract Hairstylist to provide services to a new initiative called “Mobile Cut and Style”. This initiative, funded by CAMH Gifts of Light and in partnership with Employment Works, will offer skilled in-house haircuts and hairstyles to CAMH patients. The Hairstylist will operate out of the Therapeutic Neighbourhood for appointments and will also visit CAMH inpatients on their units with the support of CAMH clinicians. Requirements
- Must be a licensed Hairstylist.
- Ability to provide services to CAMH patients.
- Willingness to visit CAMH inpatients on their units.
- Ability to work with CAMH clinicians for patient support.
