About The Position
Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking independent hairstylists/cosmetologists for their Detroit Lakes location. This role offers the opportunity to provide salon services to seniors, helping them feel and look their best. The position emphasizes work-life balance, schedule flexibility, and the ability to be your own boss, with no required evenings or weekends unless chosen by the stylist. A fully equipped salon is provided, and stylists can set their own schedules in coordination with the Assisted Living Coordinator. This is a rewarding environment with a grateful clientele.
Requirements
- Active Cosmetology License in the state of Minnesota
- Active Homebound Service Permit (guidance provided for the process)
- Liability insurance
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Desire to work with elderly clients
