- Passion for hair, styling, barbering and cosmetology.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, dependable, team-first energy.
- Professionalism and pride in the salon and barbershop environment.
- A valid Florida cosmetology or barber license, as applicable.
- Bring your passion, talent, tools and Florida license.
