About The Position

Seeking a Part Time Licensed Hair Stylist (1099) for The Nottingham RHCF, one day per week. The Hair Stylist will have a positive and upbeat demeanor, coordinate with staff, department managers, residents, and their family members, and exhibit patience and care when working with Alzheimer's and Memory Care residents. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining customer information records, keeping work stations clean, sanitizing tools, and maintaining service standards within established time frames.

Requirements

• A combination of experience, education, and/or training to provide quality hair care services
• A variety of hair styles and beauty care options
• Must have a NYS Hair Stylist License

Responsibilities

• Have a positive and upbeat demeanor
• Coordinate with staff, department managers, residents and their family members
• Exhibit patience and care working Alzheimers and Memory Care residents
• Update and maintain customer information records, such as beauty services, cuts, styles, etc
• Keep work stations clean and sanitize tools such as scissors and combs.
• Maintain service standards within established time frames.
