About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. Join us on weekends! We need a GREAT Stylist to work on Saturdays 8-5 & Sundays 9-4. You'll make a guaranteed $18.15/hour plus tips to start. High-performing part-time weekend Stylists can earn $21+/hour plus tips! Want to add weekday evenings? Great, you can work 4-7pm! You can make up to a guaranteed $18.95/hour plus tips to start by adding weekdays. KCS Group, Inc. dba Great Clips pays on a weekly basis, every Friday. We offer Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
