About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. This part-time position is for 20-29 hours a week, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate other commitments like family, school, or other work. Customers are provided through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, eliminating the need for self-promotion or appointment management. Stylists have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including Great Clips University.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections.
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.
