About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. We are looking for individuals who love cutting hair and want to succeed. This newly renovated salon is looking for part-time stylists. You will have an immediate customer base guaranteed, with hourly pay plus tips, and 10% commission on all products sold. We offer ongoing training/development, 401K, PTO, Sick/Safe Leave. Average hourly earnings are $27-$35.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
