About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we’d love to meet you. Great Clips is now hiring part-time stylists for 20-25 hours per week, offering great benefits, excellent tips, a 401(k), and paid vacation. We have eight busy locations across Green Bay, Appleton, Sturgeon Bay, and Manitowoc, with a new location opening soon, providing strong earning potential and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections.
A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture.
